Regular full-day daycare is defined as a regular offer of childcare on a weekly basis. For this a minimum purchase of two half-day sessions a week applies at all times. A contract is required.

Care sessions
7:30   –  18:30 : Full-day daycare
7:30   –  13:00 : Morning care
13:00 –  18:30 : Afternoon care

Afternoon care is only possible in combination with morning care. Morning care is only possible with a minimum of two sessions.

After-school care

You can choose from different types of After-school Care:

Pre-school Care
After-school Care
Holiday Care – day (7:30 – 18:30)
Holiday Care – morning (7:30 – 13:00)
Holiday Care – afternoon (13:00 – 18:30)

The rates for pre-school and after-school care 2021 are:

The options mentioned above may be combined into one contract. The gross monthly price for purchase of After-school Care varies per day and per school, as the hours are based on the opening and/or closing hours of the primary school where your child is enrolled. Holiday care is based on the holiday weeks of the specific school.

When you choose a 46 weeks contract, there will be no day care in the following weeks (school holidays of the Eben-Haezerschool are considered):

• Last three weeks of summer Holiday   mon 09-08-2021- fri 27-08-2021
• Autumn holiday                                        mon 18-10-2021 – fri 22-10-2021

• After-school Care (school closes at 18.00)
• Holiday Care – day (7:00 – 18:00)
• Holiday Care – morning (7:00 – 12:30)
• Holiday Care – afternoon (12:30  – 18:00)

How do I get childcare allowance?

You are eligible for a tax refund if you combine work and childcare. Also if your employer is abroad and you work temporarily (part-time) in the Netherlands (expats). You and your partner both need to work part-time.

Via the website toeslagen you can download an application and/or change form and fill out the application. Within 8 weeks after your application you will be notified by the tax administration on the amount of your childcare and/or after-school care allowance. Around the 20th of each month the tax administration will deposit your child care allowance for the next month on your bank account.

If you want to apply for childcare refund you need to have the following information:

• The gross-hourly rate of the childcare service you need;
• The national childcare registration number (see information below)
• The total number of childcare hours (based on the hourly overview sent to you after receipt of the signed contract)
• Your annual income
• Your DigiD
• Your annual overview. You’ll receive a digital annual overview with actual hours used and costs associated with it from us in January which you need to submit for the final calculation of payments.

Dutch: Landelijk Register Kinderopvang

In order to register for childcare allowance you need have the LRK numbers. Because 10forKIDS is a government-recognized childcare we also have an LRK number. Different numbers apply to our daycare and after-school care.
